My first week over 40,000 \o/ thanks to everything working (most of the time) and a cracking run of good WUs - and my 700,000 tiffy to boot :cool:

Pity the good WUs have to come along when the school holidays are on - our educational farms would have loved the WUs I've been getting :(

Thanks as always to Rich for the news and a warm foldy welcome to the new people.

I'm heading off for Egypt tomorrow so expect rigs to start falling down steadily within a week :rolleyes:

Thanks for the news as always and well done to the team for maintaining an excellent output despite the holidays and not-on state of many borgs.

My opty is messing me about again. Won't install windows. Thread here.
I'm expecting a diminished output for a while as a result.

It occurs to me that we are about to stomp russia, is that 'help ocuk stomp some russians' gd thread still around? I know it was referring to Tsc Russia, but do you think it might be an idea to resurrect it temporarily? I'm not sure if it would be a good idea, or if its too out of date and old. What do you think?

Regarding the next competition, i think now that we have the formula mostly sorted i'll be digging that thread back up shortly so that we can continue, just having a bit of a break from it to think things over. With any luck someone will be able to set up a paypal account soon and start planning prizes.

Just need to clarify, the reason i said we need a folding don is more to help out with competitions and promotions and stuff rather than actually moderating, i think its fair to say we're quite well behaved here and usually rtm things if required, so we don't really need a mod for moderating. ;)

I wouldn't resurrect the old thread (if it hasn't fallen off the bottom of the pile by now anyway). It won't do any future plugs / competitions any good.

Yes i know, but i had said earlier that we could do with a don, and he was responding in part to me i think saying we don't really need one because we rtm stuff. So i'm just pointing out that that wasn't the reason i think we could do with a don.

Woah!

I nearly made 10K in a week then! Damn if only I hadn't lost so much time on my brothers machine and also lost time on this rig installing Linux and the SMP client.

Ha, someone in another thread wants a race to 130K, I predicted 10 days, more like 7 or less with the SMP client. All assuming of course that the SMP client will bring in more than my GPU and single-core of my CPU can.

Also, I got my 120K tiffy... wooooo! :D

Another week, another stomp for team 10 :) Great work again guys.
How on earth Unforgiven can get 11k on 1PC is beyond me :eek:, Im struggling to maintain 7k ppw currently!
