That's only for caseking, not the product as a whole.
Fact is we're never going to get the real numbers anyway, Nvidia will keep a lid on it if the numbers are even remotely near 15-20%. 0.01% was claimed in another video which smacked of bs as well.
Caseking aren't selling Fe cards though which seems to be the card with the issues. The only ones that are is Nvidia so doubtful we'll get the actual numbers on those.
Some are using the same PCB but the one thing that only the FE card are using is that new cooler. And if the thermal images are anything to go by its cutting it close when the card with an overclock is within a few degrees of the recommended max ram temps. But that doesn't even explain how cards out of the box on first boot are going bad as well. Hardocp has a forum poll up and last I looked it's at around 13% for issues with these cards.

Nice Kaap
Ah you finally joined the club, nice work!
They making blocks for those cards or you have to buy the hydro kit?
Decent score there mate same with mine quick run on air was only in to the 7k so didn’t bother posting it. That was an 8700k so even worse!
What’s the power limits on the FTW BIOS mate?
Well if true that puts to bed the talk that the TI was a rebadged titan and was already using the full die. Probably another £2k plus turd.
Oh trust me, if they can eek 10% more performance out of it for another 70%+ price bump they will.
So I have to run my 2080 Ti ~200 MHz higher clock to equal my Titan V. Kinda disappointed really. But the frame-times seem smoother to me on the 2080 Ti. Maybe placebo. I do know the Zotac AMP fans on 100% are LOUD. Good thing my EK block arrives soon.
