NVidia can not stop Caseking from stating the real figure.

I would say the figure is correct as this forum is not overrun with unhappy owners RMAing their cards.

Nearly all other cards sold so far use the FE PCB and are sometimes clocked even higher so Founder Edition cards are much the same as the rest.

Perhaps you should start a thread for 20XX series cards that are RMAed and list them in the OP.

Just started a new thread where people can post about RMAing any 20XX cards.

It will be interesting to see how common the problem is on this forum.

It is hardly unexpected.

I have been saying even before the 2080 Ti was on the shelves that there would be a card with exactly the same specs.

Having said that both TechPowerUp and myself are only guessing at the moment as there is no guarantee NVidia will launch such a card.

NVidia do have another option for the Turing Titan and also high end Pro cards, we have not seen a TU100 chip or any cards based on it yet...…...

I have found my Titan V to be the quicker card @2160p when both are overclocked.

I have not measured frametimes but I have noticed that the 2080 Ti seems to run more consistent and better minimum fps at lower resolutions but at 2160p they seem about the same. I have put this down to the Titan V using HBM which has never been great on any card I have owned (Fury X and Vega 64) at low resolutions/high fps but much better at high resolutions/lower fps.

The big plus for the 2080 Ti is I can run mGPU with NVLink, lets hope there will be more games that support it going forward.
