Bit ambitious in a Meshify C Mini? Fits perfectly fine, guess I will have to benchmark it and see how it gets on…

Installed my 4090 FE today. Does anyone else have an issue where the fans ramp up to 30% when playing a game but they don't ramp back down until you close the game? For example, I fire up EFT, the fans stay at 0%. After being in a raid for a few minutes, they ramp up to 30% which is fine. I then exit the raid and go back to the main menu, the temps on the card drop back down to the low 40s, but the fans stay at 30% until I completely close the game.

I don’t have that game so can’t test it, but I have noticed on my one there is a few minutes delay before the fans stop spinning. That’s after playing a game, and when I first turn on the PC. I just assumed the default fan profile was being thorough.

Anyone know why I keep having 3 - 8 hour time restrictions between posts?

Anyone have an issue with Display Port not working?

HDMI works fine but regardless of which port i use i get no signal. Was no issue on my 3090 and same monitor.

*Ignore Display Port cable must have been damaged, working fine with new cable.*

Does anyone in here happen to have the Suprim X or perhaps a similar size card in the o11d evo?
I am wondering if my cable mod cable will actually fit because I don't want to run my PC with the side of the case off.

how did you find the cabling? using a v1 meshify c at the moment and not a fan of the cables being crushed by the side panel, have a FE 4090 and using the 4 way splitter/adaptor that came with it (fully plugged in!). Have the side panel off at the moment.

Will wait to see how the 90 degree adaptor works and pick one of up end of feb assuming it'll let me close the panel without worry.

I decided to transfer my system over to a Meshify 2 Compact I already had, just to give a little more room. I haven’t used it yet as waiting for a couple of components, but for the cable I got hold of a Fasgear cable which should plug straight in to my EVGA power supply and make things a lot tidier…

My 4090FE RMA got delivered yesterday so yeah just under 3weeks turn around, they sent me a brand new GPU with all new packaging and cables etc i.e. a new retail unit rather than a fixed or refurbished GPU for anyone that is interested.

The new unit is running fine with my fan issues resolved so other than the inconvenience and drama with the shipping its turned out ok.

Has anyone who plays lots of FS2020 at 1440p Ultra wide gone to 4090 ? ideally from a 6900xt?

I'm hoping DLSS3 and a 4090 would mean I'd have a constantly smooth performance, even when flying at low level in high detail areas (EG New York)
