I decided to give the Adrenalin Performance monitoring a go today, I've used it before but only with fps showing so I decided to give it a go with more info, as it will be useful once I get around to tuning for the best overclock..

I've been playing Strange Brigade this weekend and have the graphics settings as high as they'll go and I'm running it at 3440x1440.
My frame rates sat in the 80's and 90's and my on screen core clock sat at 1600 mhz with very little movement either way.

In Wattman my Vega's set up with a small undervolt and clocks of 1677 on the core and 1010 on the memory, As mentioned that's giving me actual in game clocks of around 1600 mhz with no drops due to throttling.

I'm happy with that.

Personally buy the Vega 64, as powercolor goes for £460 these days.

I cannot tell you, nobody does, if RTX card will worth given the cost, and unknown performance and power consumption.

I was have vega 64 lc on 2560x1440p and 100+fps i have ... and i buy gsync and 1080ti ... now i have freesync 2 hdr 144hz samsung 3840x1080p 49" its litle bit more pixels

I use Afterburner, very customisable.

I don't use relive as i am not streaming/recording.
But by using it you don't need third party software.

relive is for streaming and recording mate.
Also Wattman is far superior to Afterburner especially with Vega.

Not for monitoring, Afterburner is way more powerful. I don't use it as an OSD or for overclocking though; I have the graphs detached running on my second monitor so I tend to know exactly what it's doing (as long as the graphs aren't obscured by something else).

(I've set it up so it also includes some entries from HWiNFO such as graphing fan speeds on my radiators, something not natively available in AB, and that makes it all the more useful)

You were responding mentioning Wattman being superior to Afterburner, and I responded to that. It's good, it works, but it isn't "far superior".

Relive has nothing to do with Wattman or Afterburner (though Afterburner can be set up to do video capture similarly to what Relive does).

Vega 64 just looks like mega bang for buck nowadays. Amazing how fortunes change.

Certainly looks it. Been back and forward with AMD/Intel AMD/Nvidia 1080ti/Vega64 and decided to stick with AMD for both CPU and GPU as hate how Intel/Nvidia rip people off purposely .
