To get DLSS to run you need to select 2160p resolution and turn DLSS on in the custom settings.

I've noticed a few people have the Gigabyte Gaming OC 2080ti and haven't been too impressed with the cooler, well I decided to whack a waterblock on mine and I'm now sitting at 2055mhz core and 7450mhz mem (and that is basically just running the OC scanner without any extra fiddling to fine tune), which is up about 90 on core and 150 on mem over what was stable in everything before.

Hovering around mid 70's under full load so im going to keep an eye on it and maybe go back to the traditional way and see how that holds up.

If you like the vertical look you could get a cablemod bracket, puts it further back into the case though means you can't use any other pcie slots.

But this is not High Quality to me:

I tried to set everything on Highest / On (except AA), Dlss on and only got ~6350

They are not the maximum settings but they are what the bench uses on the Highest quality level.

The reason I used them is so I could compare the results to the cards in the normal bench thread that don't use DLSS.

@2160p the Titan V is the fastest card using normal settings and I wanted to know how much quicker a 2080 Ti would be using DLSS.
