The Radeon RX 7900 XT(X) Owners Thread.

After I had to RMA my 7900XTX MBA, I was going to go for the Powercolor Hellhound as the next smallest, least expensive, with only 2 8-pin connectors, but the recent Nitro+ price reduction made it look relatively better, so I got one of those.

Today I did the same test I did on the previous card where it throttled when vertical - playing Quake 2 RTX for a few minutes. I'm pleased to report that the cooler works fine, with only a few degrees difference between the two orientations, as you would hope.

Vertical (monitor ports up):

What's it like fan and coil wise? :)

i finally figured out how to check that was all, most of the new 7000 series sit around mid 40%, like you i dont know what it means overall, i know of old cards asci determined if you had a good card under water or air cooling conditions, @LtMatt earlier in this thread was looking to know other peoples asci of there nitro+ cards

Yeah Ive seen that most people are sitting in the mid 40s. Out of curiosity I checked on my 6900XT and it says 87.3% but as Harmattan said above, I've read it doesn't really represent how well the card can OC/UV.
