With undervolt I'm getting highs of around 1575mhz though the p7 state is 1632, my temps under load are sub 65 do I need to increase the voltage a bit to get a faster clock?
Yes 1575-1600 is correct on air at 60Cish

These scores are very low.
Try those settings and let me know how it goes.
since the water incident it was never the same
@Kaapstad https://ibb.co/npNJaL .. the Roll of Honour 3rd time ?
There's no harm in setting the Core Frequency for P7 to 1750. The card will manage the voltage/power target and temp target to get the best performance out of the card possible for the settings input. It's likely to still hover at the 1575MHz to 1600MHz range, but having the core set too low can artificially lower the frequency as an additional cap. I'm looking at the Corsair Rm750x which seems like a cracking deal on OcUK but I'm aware a good 650W should be able to run this in theory. Thought I'd ask here to get some real world insight as I'd rather just buy once!

It means the HBM voltage is too low. Try increasing it in 25mV increments. I had the same stuck at 800 issue when trying to do 1100MHz at 950mV but once I bumped it to 975mV it workedDoes anyone know why when I set the memory over 1025mhz in Wattman, it then never goes over 800Mhz? I'm used to Nvidia Cards where if you set a Memory Clock too high, it will run it and then artefact. but with this I can set it to 1025mhz and it's fine and will run at that speed, but anything above and it's like it default backs to lower clocks.

If it's powered off it sounds like your PSU might not be up to the job. What PSU do you have and what were the cards temperatures like during the benchmark?Hi guys been trying the Benchmark on Rise of tomb raider 1440p on a vega 64 during the second phase of the benchmark right at the beginning the game stutters and when it provides the Results for the second bit Syria Framerate goes to MIN 15 but gives me a Total average of 93 is this Normal ?
Edit i tried Moving game to my Boot SSD the stutter was worse it seemed i tried to run the benchmark a second time and my pc Shut down (looked like a loss of power)
@Panos did you get a chance to take a pic of your nitro+ with the bykski block on it?
Mine arrived Saturday, installed Monday and haven’t had a chance to even play with it yet
Ahh the back plate forgot mate with the house going for sale and the work needed.
I will do so within the hour

No rush, watercooling my rig Is low on my list at the moment. Just interested to see what it looks like
Going to give the settings you posted a few pages back a whirl tonight on my card and see how I get on!
