CrossFire requires 2x 8x PCI-E lanes to function. Pretty sure B350 boards have one one compatible lane, so no.i have my reference 64 up for sale, reckon its worth keeping and x-firing? i only have a b350 board, is it worth it?

I knew that b350 was bite me in the ass, boards were so hard to get a hold of when the ryzens were released.CrossFire requires 2x 8x PCI-E lanes to function. Pretty sure B350 boards have one one compatible lane, so no.
The last crossfire setup I had were 2 R9-290x's. Some games worked great but most didn't. That doesn't necessarily mean crossfire didn't work, but it produced issues that made me turn it off anyway.
I've not bothered since so can't comment on newer titles.
Again it's one of those 'if it works it's brilliant' scenario's. Amusingly I think the way tech is heading there's going to be a resurgence in dual GPU's and probably in preparation for chiplet designs. So could be quite an interesting few years in the Crossfire/SLI area too.I had x-fire 6850's back in the day and when it worked it was brilliant. Then I bought watchdogs and it went to S*** sold them both and bought a 280. I just have the Vega lying around doing nothing, would have been fun to try a bit of x-fire.

Once again thanks everyone for helping me through the problems I had with this card.
The Kolink Psu's are good if you're looking for cheapness, they are sold on overclockers plus they are Hungarian so if they are anything like their women they will be spot onany recommendations on a PSU under £100?
Currently have a Red Devil i got from a trustworthy forum member but the coil whine is extreme with both Cooler Master m2 Silent Pro (silver) and also a XFX core 750 (bronze) and i believe him that it didn't coil whine in his possession. Im losing the will to live its that loud

It means our display driver is crashing. Could be caused by hardware or software, you'll need to debug it to find the cause.I'm getting "Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered." regularly now. Not quite sure what the issue is.
Have you tried uninstalling with DDU and installing a non beta driver?Im after trying so many drivers and I'm constantly getting crashes in every game.
Event viewer says driver stopped responding and recovered successfully. Any body have similar issues and get it fixed?

I've ordered a Seasonic focus 850 gold (there reported issues were fixed last year)
Really hope this removed the coil whine.
Very delicious looking setup there Ebrahim, didn't realise the nitro looked so goodGreetings from South Africa @Kaapstad

Yes many times. I did move the card to a different PCIE slot and got over 2 hours playing Subnautica with no crash. Then it crashed :/
Wouldnt hold my breath. I went from a BeQuiet Powerzone 650w to Focus plus gold 850W and coilwhine remained same.
Nope didn't make a difference, would OCUK RMA this? It's still in warranty but obviously I'm not the original owner.
It's so annoying as I trust the person and they say the card did not coil whine with there set up.
Maybe motherboard related ?
