@Gibbo - Any chance that 7900 XT Nitro+ will be returning to £799? Was about to purchase and surprise my gutted daughter as she recently sold her card to save up for a new motor.

With the 23.4.1 drivers, mine is still idling at 50-60W.

Dead Island 2 runs really well. One of the first new games I've played in recent times that has no major performance or stability issues at launch.

I started using my gpu and my first impressions are great , Card is quiet, even sometimes i cannot feel its difference(sounds) between my 3080. Performance is major diffeerent , the 7900 xt superior and i'm happy with it for now. FPS differences are insane, i use 7700X as a processor, it doesnt seem like having any bottleneck yet.
I wanted to write that here , i bought this product because of everyones comment in these 124 pages. I want to thank you all for your valuable comments once more.

Man I should've pulled the trigger when I had it in my basket for £799.99... Was thinking about holding off with my 3070 Ti for a bit longer but after upgrading to my AW3423DWF I'm feeling the pain .

If it helps I can recommend the Sapphire 7900XT MBA card at £749, got one today to have a play with and it's pretty damn awesome! The build quality is second to none imo, as good as the 4090FE :cool:

Actually have that card sitting in my basket right now lol, been hopping back onto ocuk like every couple hours thinking about it (⁠*⁠_⁠*⁠), although I was hoping to get something flashier than my 3070 Ti TUF, need all that flashy ARGB for that stinking 200% FPS boost if you catch my drift.

I hummed and harred over the MBA but prefer the better cooling solution of the Nitro+ to be honest.

I did own a 7900XT Nitro+ for approximately 5 minutes however, the ARGB header fell off and jumped on a 4080.

The 7900 XT would be perfect for my daughters rig right now, she's had a stroke of bad luck and looking to help out as her rig is sitting there lifeless.

After seeing £799 for the Nitro+ this has changed my stance a little on that model. She's currently using her PS5 again so this has bought me some time to do some shopping about.
