Unless i'm an actual idiot, which is possible; the support bracket doesn't actually fit on my Pulse - not that it needs it.
XTX pulse? Mine fits ok.

Decided I may as well take this opportunity to post proof for the owner's list
Just noticed from these pics I must still have some plastic sticking to my card.
My favourite case mod is the well sized piece of wood it sits on on the the floor lol.

Great reason to buy an XTX dude, cap it at 60fps
Seems like the Mercs have the least amount. From this thread and others seems to be luck of the draw on coil whine, though some models can have worse coil whine than others.
Though do the Reference cards have better or worse coil whine than AIB custom cards?
I have returned three cards already for Coil whine the only component I haven’t changed to check coil whine is my mother board. I have tried two different AIBs ASUS, Sapphire, two different PSU, EVGA, Corsair all have coil whine with my setup so the only thing I can think of is the motherboard now or it’s just my house as it’s a new build and I don’t know if the current in the house is clean. It’s wired as I have a 1080 Ti gigabyte old card and it too has coil whine so am likeCoil whine at >60 fps is a pretty rough. My 7900 XT can have coil whine at sub-100 fps, but only in weirdly specific scenarios (certain game menus), and I've not played around with the power settings or ruled out the role of my PSU yet.
I'd be looking at returning it if I were you.
Lol yep I just let the coil whine rip if after a few days nothing has changed I will think about another change againGreat reason to buy an XTX dude, cap it at 60fps

Yeah, you def need a decent case airflow setup with them to take the edge off.The fans on the reference were also very loud under load, another reason for the nitro lol
I’m on a Corsair 4000x with 6 LL fans, plenty of airflowYeah, you def need a decent case airflow setup with them to take the edge off.
I bought my 7900xt MBA in January and always struggled with temps.
I followed guides on undervolting and overclocking and one of the first thing everyone says is "push power limit to +15%". This is bad advice in my opinion but I suppose it depends on silicon quality.
My card doesn't really boost any higher having any power power limit over 9% with 1058mv on the core. At 15% power limit I often hit 95c on the hot-spot with 100% fan speed and case cooling is pretty damn good.
At 9% power limit and letting max boost clock down from 2950mhz to 2900mhz I get a max on 83c hot-spot at max 75% fan speed.
For the power, noise and heat difference I'll take that.
7900XT doesn't really have it thank ****, my 4090 TUF did that was *awful* so I can def hear it despite boomer ears
