Wow! A simply awesome week for team production - way to go everyone :cool:
Both the PS3-based teams who were chasing us seem to have gradually lost steam - whether that is due to server problems or the release of GTA4 I don't know but it's a loss to the project either way... good for our position though :p

Awesome results this week. Well done all. And thanks for the news. :)

Production down a little for me this week. A power cut meant I lost a good few hours folding and my Windows grace period had expired and needed activating on reboot. The good news is... it activated! Even though it had previously been installed on another box (albeit been out of use for months) so I saved myself some money. :)

The money I was going to spend on another Vista copy I donated to www.dec.org.uk to help out in Burma. So, overall, everyone's a winner. Except Microsoft. :D
 
Good news all round - well done people! Stunning output from the team.

Touch wood - back to full production now that i have got rid of the stupid 3064/3065 WU's and related issues i had over last few weeks, and back to the good old 2653's!

Can't get near yeggy and emily due to using Win smp and was stomped this week by emily without any warning!:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Thanks for the new rich :) Great week for us, lets keep it up :)

Another tied week at the top of the single crunchers :) It will be interesting to see if that's the case this week, as I'm away on holiday so I won't be holding my crunching up by using my machine (I know, its a disgrace :p).

Still, it does mean that all someone needs to do to beat us is to fold using Linux SMP on anything better than a Q6600 @ 3.6.... :)

I took the plunge yesterday & upgraded my Ubuntu VM to Hardy Heron & it has knocked a minute off a frame on the 2605 WU or +40 ppd:)

Lots of confusing numbers, but I guess from the positive air of the posters that we;re doing well. So yay! :D

Questions about the 'Next on the stomping horizon' part. What does the number after the teams mean? Is it how many days it should take us to overtake them, assuming both teams keep up the same average speed?

They're 1114 days ahead of us at current production - 6 days more that last week
So there ppd relative to ours has gone up but were still catching (abet slower)

23. Dutch Power Cows - 182 days (-17 days)

There 182 days ahead of us at current production - 17 days less that last week so there ppd relative to ours has gone down
If number is brackets is -7 day both theirs and our ppd are at the same ratio as last week - (aka in the last 7 days we're 7 days closer)
 
Whats with the Amber core?

Getting less than Gromacs, my PC client has been crunching these for a few days now. (Only about 3-4 WU's though).

Lost the work borgs over the weekend due to generator testing on Saturday morning (again!) :mad:
The UPS now sitting under my desk should have that little problem covered in the future :D

I'm away for 5 days this week and shall be leaving the borgs and home rig unattended :eek:
Fingers crossed everything will still be running when I get back.
