poor week from me, trying to get Nvidia side of things folding and lost 2 Win SMP units in the 70% mark.

Almost a decent week for me for a change. Regained the top slot of the dually crucners. Looks like I've given a few of the quaddies a run for their money too ;)

Thanks for the news rich, good to see people haveing fun with the new gpu client.
Been having a poor weekend here, as a new X-fi card keeps crashing my pc.
The drivers just don't like xp pro/ and the dell SB0770 card. And am just slowly nursing my pc back to smp status after 2 evening of little success.

My Gigabyte board has no bios reset jumper (stupid I know)
Detatch everything inc battery for a least a hour and re-start with single stick is the only way I made it play nicely. Add to that the X-fi killing all my USB & display drivers, so even when its up i can't see or use my keyboard or mouse.

Borrowed an old keyboard and finally got back into my bios menus a few hours ago, windows 5 minutes later, where it promptly shut down on finding new hardware (Keyboard?) Anyway I've removed everything and back with on-board sound, but not had my pc running for 2 hours since last re-boot so may still hang.

Odd it would work fine for 2 hours then just freeze, my pc has never lock up on me, - blue screen or reboot during OC stress testing yes, but never just lock up.
Anyway todays lesson is oem X-fi with vista only (and maybe not even that)

Was also out of the office friday so farm is not on, if I break 10k next week I'll be doing well :(

Edit: Very happy with making it to 18th before the hoard knocks e back into the 20's

Heh glad to see i was spotted as a new comer :D (ljt1984)

I downloaded it from the website a couple of days ago and noticed an OcUK team on there at number 25 :D So I thought I'd join you guys!

I'm still trying to get my head around it all, but I don't think I have the SMP client...

I have a Q6600 CPU and downloaded 1 gui version + 3 console clients and added the -local parameter and changed the MachineID to 1 - 4.

Is this the correct way to do it?, I have also downloaded F@H on my PS3 today. I also have a 8800GTX but haven't read up on the GPU client yet, is it pretty easy to set up?

You'll get much better PPD by ditching the GUI and console clients and switching to one SMP client and the new GPU beta. Two SMP clients would also work well - I get a minimum of 2400PPD from a stock Q6600.

agreed - one smp client and the new gpu client is the best ppd you can get - currently getting around 6.5k ppd

Nice tiffy there Jaric, please dont feel the need to up your output to try and overtake me, as i dont really want to HAVE to buy a new computer to keep in front. ;)

So-so week for me, just started folding again after getting back from Uni. Racking up rather a lot of points this week with the help of the GPU client though, and expecting a nice tiffy :D
