How i managed that i dont know especially with the amount of 511piont wu's ive had this week
But looking at the stats between this week and last week we all seem to be losing points somewhere including our top cruncher KE1HA who lost 50,000 points there abouts
Lets hope this week we can all make up the ground we've been losing

Bad WUs and I totally lost my patience for messing about in VMWare a couple of weeks back - got a quiet weekend ahead of me so hope to get that sorted at least - wish me luck :o
 
Not a bad production this week @ 23k. It's down from normal, but I've been moving back from uni and my girlfriend has been staying for a few days and for some inexplicable reason, she doesn't like my pc on overnight :confused:. Strange, I know!
 
I'll also take the opportunity to PARP Mattus. Myself and diogenese, who's following at an alarming speed in my wake, are about to come a'knockin.
 
Having a few PC problems so I may not get to the news tonight - I made the mistake of turning my folding PC "not on" last night for the first time in ages and this morning when I tried to turn it on it decided it didn't even want to post :o

If I can't get to the bottom of it I may just have to just grab last week's data off the hard-drive and soldier on with the works laptop :(
 
next week i am hoping to make it bigger than my normal points as i just got a 4850 and got the folding on that so hoping for good results
 
Bad news Rich. Any beeps at all? If there are, the mobo manual is your friend. If not, clear CMOS and try a minimal config with one stick of RAM, etc. If no joy, fire it up with no RAM and then with no GFX to see if it beeps.
 
Theyre not *that* good in the grand scheme of GPU folding I'd say they were only about 60-70% as good as the much cheaper 8800GS or 9600GSO

Turned out it was the USB stick that I use for ReadyBoost - once I removed that the system booted again. Think it may account for my shocking output this week as I was getting EUEs on the GPU client more often than not - just not had the time though.

Just taken delivery of an extra 4GB RAM so may see if that'll run happily with what's already in there and I'll do away with silly ReadyBoost altogether I think :p
